In search of perfection: soy tikka masala

I have a problem. I have a husband, too, but he is not the problem. The problem is, I am happiest in the kitchen when I’m going deep on some quest: studying cookery books, trying to do everything from home-made gelato to creamy mussels. The problem is that my husband prefers familiar food. Who could blame him for that? As that alone wasn’t enough, I have to admit that I have been a pescetarian now for over 15 years and leaving side by side with avid meat-lover sometimes might be tricky. I have to give him a huge credit for supporting me and keeping me company throughout all of my experiments. Since we moved to UK, I wanted to try one of the nation’s most popular dishes – a brilliant curry – tikka masala. Breakfast ideas: delicious and healthy treat – Yoghurt Parfait

Great morning can boost the mood for the rest of the day, and one of the essential parts of the great mornings is GREAT breakfast. Worry not if you don’t have lots of spare time before work or school, this beauty takes only few minutes to prepare and it can’t get more easy than this. You can mix & match your favourite flavours and treat yourself, your family and friends with healthy, yummy and amazing-looking breakfast. All you need is – For The base: Plain yoghurt Oats or Cereal Then goes some Dressings:  Honey or your favourite Jam (cherry, raspberry, blueberry are just one of my many favourites). And lastly, garnish it with colourful Toppings:  Let your imagination go wild! You can use a variety of: sliced fruits and berries (bananas, apples, pears, plums, blackberries, strawberries, cherries, you name it :)) crushed nuts (pecans, almonds ( work excellent with honey), hazelnuts) dark chocolate flakes, orange or lemon zest for freshness swirl. mint leaves.
